Delivery Options
Local Pick up means you pick up the order from Gnarabup, Margaret River. When an order is fulfilled we let you know that's it's ready and can be picked up.
Australia Wide delivery.
We use Australia Post as the people at the local country post office are nice and helpful.
Standard delivery $15 for packages under 5kg.
Express delivery $19 for packages under 5kg.
Bulky items (like Gnarabup Parkas) $25 flat rate per item.
Ordering Online from Outside Australia
If you live outside Australia and would like to place an order online, please email us with your order request and we will be happy to ship it wherever you like. The shipping cost varies with the destination, weight of the package and shipping method. We'll let you know what it is before the the order is accepted.
The customer will be responsible for all duties and customs charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX for payment of phone orders. Prices for products shipped internationally may be different from those shown on our Web site. Please contact us by for pricing information before placing your order.
COVID has slowed down getting your stuff to you. We know, it's rubbish. Post and freight has increased in price and got slower since the pandemic. Please be patient.
We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 5-10 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can all delay the shipment of your order.
Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. Swimming Women Pty Ltd will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company. Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method.
We reserve the right to change your shipping method in these cases and will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped. The delivery times provided by Swimming Women Pty Ltd are estimates only. Swimming Women Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where the stock is not available. The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. " Last house at end of driveway", " Office hours 9-5"). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as " Deliver between 1-2pm" or " Leave parcel in garden shed". Swimming Women Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Swimming Women Pty Ltd does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Swimming Women Pty Ltd will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and Swimming Women Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
